"Stay (I Missed You)" is a song by American singer-songwriter #LisaLoeb. It was released in 1994 by #RCARecords as the lead single from the original movie soundtrack to #RealityBites (1994). The song was written by Loeb and produced by Juan Patiño. "Stay" was originally conceived in 1990, at one point with the intent of selling it to #DarylHall for a project he was seeking music for. Upon deciding to use the song herself, Loeb's neighbor and friend, actor #EthanHawke.
