    It is an open secret that #QLoon and most of the other #US #billionaires do not want to go back to the 20th century income-tax rates of 60 to 90, topped with a wealth tax at times.

    #Reagonomics kept people in poverty, busy earning a living. Educated people do not tend to vote for the #GQP, which secures low tax rates for them.
