It's nearly Reading to reMAKE time again!

Our next conversation will be on September 1st, 6pm (AEST).
The discussion is held online and open to anyone interested in exploring ideas and stretching their thinking with others.

We'll be discussing a piece I wrote on remaking the state. I wrote this piece because right now we are seeing an increased hijacking of the state by private and corporate interests, the suppression and marginalisation of the citizenry and the exponential concentration of money and power.

I'd love you to join the conversation to share your ideas, reflections, critiques and any thoughts as to where to next when it comes to remaking the state.

Reading to reMAKE is a regular online reading group for anyone wanting a facilitated space to delve into some of the important ideas of our times.

We welcome anyone who wants to collectively explore new ways of thinking regardless of formal levels of education. The aim is to create a space where we can test ideas, discard them after consideration if they don’t fit and build on them if they do; a space to think together. It will require an openness and willingness to allow ourselves to be ‘wrong’ and to change our minds, to listen, to experiment and to play with ideas and possibilities.
