With an initial sighting of "gfx13" ("RDNA5") entering LLVM, I feel like my original suspicion about #RDNA4 being very 'transitory' for AMD is creeping closer and closer to reality.

If "gfx13" is the larger arch change I suspect (could be wrong), the risk of RDNA4 support falling off a cliff -- especially on Windows -- feels very real.
