Discussion de #RCP : patient doit être informé que discussion en RCP et compris ce qu'est une RCP. Participation de PdS de l'équipe qui ne participent pas à la prise en soins du patient : anonymisation (attention à la réidentification) ou faire sortir les professionnels non concernés.
Si PdS hors équipe de soins, le patient doit donner un accord explicite pour la communication des données de santé (alors quaccord 'implique si dans l'équipe de soins).
