That is exactly how #electricity works!Basically this behaviour is related to the ground connector or the neutral connector if you dont have ground. Metal casings are connected with that ground pin in your plug. The idea is that a malfunction of a machine leads to the fuse to blow before humans are harmed, the problem is that this does not work if ground isn't connected in the grid.
But as experience is progressing we have invented #RCCB to blow in this case.

Die morgige #Zeitumstellung ist wieder eine wunderbare Gelegenheit, die Test-Taste an Euren #FI-Schutzschaltern zu betätigen.
Der Schalter muss dann auslösen (abschalten). Tut er das nicht, liegt ein Problem vor und ihr seid möglicherweise nicht geschützt.
Regelmäßiges Testen der FI-Schutzschalter ist wichtig! Macht das!
