    My Raynaud's Syndrome is acting up, fingers get sweaty then chill and aches. My kid's RS fingers used to go bleach white and the school nurse would send a photo, hooray digital age! #RaynaudsSyndrome

    If you have chronically cold hands or a blood flow issue like #RaynaudsSyndrome, these heated gloves can be a comfort. Certain colors are 20% so I thought I'd share. Highly recommend them. I wear mine almost daily all winter (especially after I eat) & occasionally when the AC is blasting in the summer. I have no affiliation with them, I just like being warm.

    Any fellow Raynaud's syndrome sufferers out there in the Fediverse?

    There's some good news that snuck by me last year. Someone actually looked at our problem and might have found the genes involved. I absolutely did not expect to see that in my lifetime, but I'll take it!
