An e-hailing driver was charged with cheating Prasarana by making #FalseClaims causing the company to pay RM562,896 into the bank accounts of three firms
Another e-hailing driver pleaded not guilty to 62 counts of similar charge involving Prasarana, with losses amounting to RM555,949
Both of them were former staff of the company, the alleged offences were detected in June last year by internal audit dept

The number of people using Rapid #bus and #rail services has risen to an average of 1.1 million #passenger per day.
#RapidRail services, which include #LRT, #MRT and #Monorail, recorded an average of 835,119 #passengers per day, with 258,710 users per day on #RapidBus services.
Rapid Rail had also begun operating four new #train for the LRT #KelanaJayaLine since last September, and the line operates an average of 48 #trains in three-minute interval

A bus lane trial project will be implemented along Jalan Genting Kelang in Kuala Lumpur starting 15 Nov.
The bus lane would operate during morning peak hours from 6am to 9am on weekdays.
It will involve 47 buses covering five routes:
- 250 (LRT Wangsa Maju—Lebuh Ampang)
- 200 (UIA Gombak—Monorel Chow Kit)
- 202 (Hab Wira Damai—Lebuh Ampang via Gombak)
- 251 (AU3 Jentayu—Chow Kit)

#RapidKL has announced that the operational hours for its dedicated #buslane on Jalan Ampang is being expanded.
The special lane now set to run during evening #peakhour starting from November 15.
When trials began in July, it was announced that the dedicated #bus lane would be in place during the 6am to 9am peak hours on weekdays.
Now, it will also operate from 4.30pm to 7pm from Monday to Friday (except public holidays).

#Penang’s sole #publicbus service provider, #RapidBus will unveil a service featuring #pooledride involving specialised #van with capacity of 12 passengers early next year as part of its efforts to encourage the use of #publictransport.
This is also part of the company’s role to curb congestion, which is seen as worsening, especially during peak periods.
The new service will be called the demand response transit (#DRT).
