A #railway connection between #SungaiKolok (#SungaiGolok) in Thailand and #RantauPanjang in #Malaysia is being considered
The two countries’ rail agencies are working on a proposal for the link between the border towns
The connection would encourage more trade, border crossing, tourism & investment between the two areas
Thailand and Malaysia currently have only one active #rail connection, in Padang Besar
