I'm back in my garage trying to finish my painting project. I'm converting the space, which is useless as a place to park a vehicle, into a #GolfSimulator. It's a relatively low budget build and I'm hoping to get it into a state where I can hit balls by the end of next week.

Packed up my XBOX and large TV in the basement today :-(
I don't play video games every day, but 2 or 3 days a week, my daughter, who lives in Toronto, and I will play Halo online and defend the universe from Covenant forces. It's now 22 days until the moving trucks arrive, and planning for activities each day is underway. We have to allocate time for yard maintenance, packing, and cleaning. Looked at 4 houses today in the Innisfil area and we have one solid option with the other 3 eliminated. One broke my heart - spectacular garage perfect for a golf simulator attached to a house with too many issues.
Another 4 house viewings scheduled for tomorrow, one of which coincidentally is two streets away from my brother's cottage.

We signed the offer back, asking for another 5%. I'm not religious, but I'll pray for a successful deal by listening to some favourite blues.
