Created a custom endpoint in wp for getting the data, and moved all the randomizing there and out of the front end.
Removed the share link for now, wasn't working the way I wanted it to. Now that I have a local MAMP stack I can move that to the backend too.
With the new endpoint comes much more ramdomness! A much larger set of text and images is now getting queryed.
