I just found the English version of 'Akane-banashi' (あかね噺) at my local library! In my opinion, this manga series is the best intro to the world of rakugo along with 'Showa Genroku Rakugo Shinju' (昭和元禄落語心中). The latter is quite depressing, but this one is uplifting. Definitely recommended for those who want to know more about rakugo! #rakugo #rakugoinenglish #akanebanashi #manga #anime
