  3. battery polarity wrong way round. What is best work-around if I want to keep plugging in batteries that I charge using the right polarity?
    1) Cut the cables & swap the poles of my batteries & then adapt chargers' polarity round? Is that a fire risk if someone then puts in a normal polarity battery?
    2) Soldering out socket & turning it round?
    3) An adapter to be had?
    4) Adapt the socket?
    5) Adapt the battery plug?
