This isn’t the first #subpoena #Raffensperger & his team have received from #SpecialCounsel #JackSmith’s office.
Late last yr, a #GrandJury requested all coms the secretary’s office had w/ #Trump & his campaign between June 2020 & Pres Joe Biden’s inauguration on Jan. 20, 2021. The jury singled out communications w/nearly two-dozen of Trump’s attys, incl’g Rudy #Giuliani; John #Eastman, the architect of the “alternate” electors scheme; & longtime #Georgia lawyers #LinWood & Stefan #Passantino.
