Hauptspeise - Risotto mit Bergamotte

Zwiebeln anbraten, Reis zugeben. Mit #Sherry ablöschen, dann heiße Gemüsebrühe zugeben + rühren-rühren-rühren, bis das #Risotto die richtige Konsistenz hat.

Die #Bergamotte überbrühen, die Schale in Zesten schneiden. Die Hälfte fein hacken + den Saft zum Risotto geben. Die ganzen Zesten kurz mit Wasser + Zucker kochen. Mit den Zesten garnieren.

Dazu Salat aus #Chicorée #Fenchel #Orange #Radicchio + #Pekanüsse
