Ein junger Single Malt aus einer relativ neuen Destillerie. Im Glas: Holzrauch, Kirsche und maritime Noten, ein tolles rundes Gesamtbild. Laut Booklet mit Peated Rye Casks und Amontillado Cask Finish, außerdem weder gefärbt noch kühlfiltriert. Richtig gut. Vielleicht wird es Zeit, beim Whisky-Horst eine Flasche zu bestellen. 🥃
