Gestern einen Dram aus dem #Whisky-Adventskalender probiert (ich wollte ja nicht ausgerechnet an Weihnachten zum Alkoholiker werden): Isle of #Raasay, Special Release. Ein junger Single Malt aus einer relativ neuen Destillerie. Im Glas: Holzrauch, Kirsche und maritime Noten, ein tolles rundes Gesamtbild. Laut Booklet mit Peated Rye Casks und Amontillado Cask Finish, außerdem weder gefärbt noch kühlfiltriert. Richtig gut. Vielleicht wird es Zeit, beim Whisky-Horst eine Flasche zu bestellen. 🥃
