Preliminary support for the Quicktake 200!
- basic serial protocol
- jpeg decoder
Bells and whistles are still lacking (thumbnail support, get/set date, battery level, etc).
For now, decoding the jpeg takes 18 minutes. The code is adapted from picojpeg.

I've added thumbnail preview to #QuicktakeForAppleII. It is not very useful as... How to put it... You can't see shit!
But it makes Quicktake for Apple II on par with the official software feature-wise! 🎉
