I tried to set up my #Quest2 with #SteamVR at a local game shop, so I could play-test there, but after like 4 hours I still couldn't get it to not run like shit on their hardware. #PCVR has always had a large technical barrier, but #Google just doesn't work now, so I don't know how to overcome it anymore.

They removed the old cute avatars on #OculusQuest and put some awful ones on its place. The new ones look absolutely horrendous!

Putting my quest and looking at the ‘mirror’ used to be a joy, but now I might even disable it entirely.

Also, the old style had so many creative and cute and pretty clothing but the new one only has some generic shit.

And of course, if you press the button to edit your avatar it will change to the new model and you cannot change back!
