@sutaio "označuje se TO jako muž i žena" korektně rozhodně není protože TO je neživotné a tím pádem ponižující, degradující. Ani o dítěti se nepíše že je to "TO" ze stejného důvodu, i když má gramatický gender neutrum.

Korektní varianta je tam již uvedena: "tituluje se jako muž i žena najednou".

Nekorektní je tam to "Chlapík". Korektně by se třeba napsalo "osoba" nebo "člověk".

So, some interesting poll results from my question on the self perceived queerness of straight trans folk.

So, only around 11% of the folk that replied are straight trans folk. No direct comparisons can be made from that of course, because cis and trans folk were bundled in to the same catch all option. Interestingly, despite the disparity of the graph, that means there are more straight trans folk out there than I was expecting! So yay!

And the other surprise is that at 64%, straight trans folk that perceive their orientation as inherently queer in its own right outnumber the straight trans folk who don't see their orientation as queer. Another result I wasn't expecting.

Of course, it's only a sample of trans folk who like taking polls on the fediverse, so doens't have broader applicability, but still, it was nice to be surprised. I feel less like the odd one out now :)

I'm not asking about being queer as an aspect of being trans, but rather, whether you view your orientation itself as queer.

For me, I view my orientation as inherently queer, but I get the feeling I'm very much the minority in that.
