I sincerely hope we can keep the Fediverse from balkanizing into #TechFediverse, #BlackFediverse, #QueerFediverse, #WonkyFediverse, etc. Not that there's anything wrong with clusterization, but I think (and thinking can change) it would be far more orderly and less chaotic if the server instances aligned with such groups by design, rather than rely on #Hashtags to create such pseudo spaces on the fly from post to post.
