I’m about to start a week I’m really not looking forward to.

I’ve tried to get the money from the people who literally owe me money. They said they couldn't. I’ve done everything else I can reasonably do.

And I’m still short. Quite a bit short.

It’s not for a holiday. It’s not for some shiny new toy. It’s to help me keep standing while I fight to keep my fully human, AI-free translation and teaching business alive.

I’m still here. Still translating. Still teaching. Still stubbornly insisting that humans are not obsolete just because someone put a language model in a server rack.

But right now, I honestly don’t know what comes after this. I'm literally with my back to the wall now.
