40 mile hike in last three days.
No phone, very basic essentials.
Rained...in the desert. Light weight tent, zero Kelty bag and a big dog.
Suffered but needed the space.
Hungry though.
'22 was OK, working towards a better '23.
Feeling clean and light (lightheaded, lol)

Christmas Day in the desert. Tostadas for breakfast. Long walk with Sunny.

Have a few mushrooms I've been saving, today is the day.
I've no family left but a far away daughter. So many have passed on.

Grateful I had them in my life.

2023 will have me deeper into Central America hopefully.

Realized my US visa expires soon (I no longer am a US citizen)
Got to deport myself soon.

So that's probably all well and good.

Life in the band, here in Arizona has really settled in.
I'm playing guitar and mandolin four nights a week, around different camps and different campfires.

There is a large Social Circle here.
