The beloved #QtopiaSydney, the largest centre for #Queer #history and #culture in the world, has launched its inaugural #season of #PrideFest for 2024. The first-time event will be held at Qtopia’s flagship #theatre, #TheLoadingDock, and the wonderful #Substation in celebration of #PrideMonth.

Day 1 of #SydneyWorldPride included the first day of #Qtopia, Sydney’s first LGBTQIA+ museum. Props and posters from old venues brought back a lot of memories! Also included was the confronting and important recreation of St. Vincents Ward 17 South used in response to the AIDS/HIV pandemic, featuring an actual bed and medical equipment alongside projected video interviews.
