Ich hab tatsächlich grad mit einer Person vom Awareness-Team gesprochen. Es wurde dankbar für nächstes Jahr aufgenommen und die Person hat mich noch mit zum Chairman genommen, der nur wenige Meter weiter stand, um das auch kurz mit ihm zu besprechen. -

Schade, bei den Getränken fehlt die Vegan-Kennzeichnung. Ich hab keinen Bock, alles nachzuschauen, werd hier azf dem Festival dann wohl bei Kranenberger bleiben 🤷♂️ Ich hoffe, bei den Speisen wird das besser gemacht.

Camping with fursuits was such a cool experience last year and with almost twice the attendees this year, I imagine it's going to be a bit more crowded...

Jetzt wollte ich endlich mal die noch ausstehenden Zugtickets bestellen, da seh ich, dass es gar nicht so einfach ist, ohne Auto zum Purple Clouds Festival zu kommen. Also wohl nochmal ca. 28 Euro für ein Taxi, 8 km ist zu Fuß mit Gepäck doch etwas weit 🥴
Damit muss ich mich dann die Tage aber nochmal näher befassen, was ich sinnvollerweise als Ziel für meine Bahnfahrt angeben sollte.
Die Ridesharing-Angebote und -Gesuche raff ich irgendwie nicht, aber zumindest für die Rückfahrt finde ich dann vor Ort vielleicht wen, der mich dann zum Bahnhof fahren könnte.

Purple Skies Over Ballycotton
I was in Ballycotton last night on an outing with Blarney Photography Club. Our summer outings are a highlight of the year and always a nice social event for all involved.
When we got there, it was a nice evening, and I hoped there would be a nice sunset, and there was, but after the sun set, the sky lit up in a spectacular way. Fishermen were nearby, providing a nice silhouette for my photo.
We had hoped to photograph the Moon as it rose beyond the lighthouse there, but a thick band of cloud prevented us from seeing it until it was far off to the side. Maybe another day.
