Punk Rock Factory, The Bottom Line – Rock City, Nottingham Uk
Once again we are back at Rock City to see one of the most fun bands alive Punk Rock Factory on the opening night of their UK tour. We had VIP tickets for this one so we got to meet them again where they recognised us. We had a great laugh, talking about Fi. Fest, Rock The Castle Cardiff and their gig with Bowling For Soup and Wheatus at Wembley Arena, St Jimmy Showed them his PRF tattoo which they took a photo of and put it on their Instagram post. To top off the VIP got a bag full of merchandise which they kindly signed for us.
After getting drinks and getting to the front it was time to be entertained by Sean Smith (Vocalist from The Blackout) DJ Set. We last saw The Blackout at Rock The Castle in Cardiff last year, you can read about it here.
The support band for tonight’s gig was The Bottom Line, they burst onto the stage with raw energy and excitement performing “Long Time Coming” which the crowd loved.
The Bottom Line continued that energy throughout the set, bouncing around and getting the crowd involved, the ……. (Lead Vocals and guitar) came into the crowd and got people to do a circle pit around him as he performed, the fun continued as he also crowd surfed during another song.
We really loved seeing The Bottom Line for the first time, they’ve definitely made two new fans if not many more and we hope to see them live again in the future.

During the break Sean Smith came back on stage to entertain us with more classic Pop Punk and Emo tunes as we eagerly awaited for Punk Rock Factory for the …… Time.
PRF are a pop punk band who cover everything from Disney and cartoons to musicals and 90s hits, amongst many others, with their excellent pop punk twist.
PRF came out on stage performing the Ricky Martin classic “Livin’ la Vida Loca” followed “Shiny”, “Momma Mia” & “Under the Sea” which was a great mix for everyone to enjoy.
Two members of the cloud Playing Connect 4
When it was time for “You’re Welcome” from the Disney film Moana, Peej (Lead Vocals and Guitar) came out in a dazzling pink jacket, explaining that they’ve changed the usual rap battle to a game of Connect 4 for the first time ever. They got two contestants from the crowd where the band performed “ChuckleVison” as the game was played, however they didn’t expect after the game that the contestants would throw the counters into the crowd where Peej said “We didn’t think this through and we need them counters back” luckily the crowd obliged to the request and they go the counters back. The chaos was so much fun to watch and what could be more rock n’ roll than a game of Connect 4?PRF continued to entertain us with “Fun House”, “Thundercats” and “Animaniacs” where there was an inflatable penis from a hen party which drew the band’s attention and kindly signed it for the party.

At the end Sean came on stage and chucked an inflatable flamingo and shark into eh crowd.
The shark managed to get onto the balcony
Confetti and the end
Got a signed vinyl from bottom lineSt. Jimmy and Rex 🖤☠️
