"Big Star's Radio City album is in my top 10 of all time, right up there with The Beatles, The Who, The Stones, Miles Davis, etc. But it always strikes me funny that Alex seemed to enjoy himself more playing these Box Top shows than his Big Star reunion ones. I do know that he almost loathed playing Big Star songs, yet he appears to still have a fondness for the Box Top stuff."

Shaka. A man that moved the needle. In the 70s he redefined sound system, not only in pure sonority, but also authenticity and style, including dance. His influence is deep, including post-punk via PiL, the Pop Group, & the Slits.
