    Ich mache gaaaaaanz kleine Fortschritte. Ich komme immer noch nicht über das grüne Fitnessband hinaus, werde aber mit den Farbkombinationen mü für mü stärker. Ich habe letztes mal einen negativen #pullup gemacht, ohne mir die Arme abzureißen. Ich mach auch schon anspann-Übungen vor dem Spiegel. Sorry, Leute aber mit neuen Muckis kommt auch etwas Eitelkeit 🤷🏼‍♀️😜
    Keine Angst, man sieht leider noch nichts ☹️

    1️⃣ Fitball scapular contractions x8
    2️⃣ Back kick, knee drive, hip opener x8/side
    3️⃣ Push-up x4
    4️⃣ 90° side kick x8/side
    5️⃣ Boxe: straight, cross, hook x8/side @ 2x 1,5kg
    6️⃣ Hanging leg raise x4

    Notes: 1️⃣ is a valid #pullup training method. I could almost do one at first rep, then it was just scapular contractions.
    2️⃣ Suggested on IG, it's an important exercise for #running stability

  22. @ubo the first video is a really good one! Thanks for sharing it.
    If you notice it's quite different from the program suggested by the man coach.

    My issue is that I can't go slow at the end of a negative pull-up, as she said.
    I guess I'll need to do more hollow holds, bridges and scapular contractions.

    The band might not be a good strategy for me since it helps a lot at the max point of extension, i.e. at the bottom. I am even wondering if I should ditch it for a while.

    When going down on negatives it's when I reach the end that I can't maintain the effort.

  25. @ubo I do them as greasing-the-groove approach. GTG=The days I run or dance, I also do a negative pull-up every time I pass under the bar at home. It's usually 9-12 negatives in a day.
    It helped me improve from 5x5 to 5x7 banded pull-ups.
    But I'm stuck on 5x7 for a while now. The challenging part is at the bottom, that's why I'm thinking about scapular contractions as GTG strategy

    I also taught yoga to my crossfit band this morning, with some added challenges for them (warrior I to warrior III, side plank to wild thing, warrior II to half moon).
