  1. Had a fun and exhausting time yesterday teaching thousands of children about human evolution at my local library's "Science Alive" event. I've been doing this every year for 13 years now and estimate I've reached 50,000-75,000 people face to face. #pubsci #publicscience #scicomm #sciencecommunication

  2. Exciting #PubSci tonight. The history of Vampires!

  3. Looking to start up an account on Mastodon for a #London based #scicomm group called Science in the #Pub, usually shortened to #PubSci.

I'm hoping people would be interested to hear of our upcoming #meeting at the Old King's Head near London Bridge but I'm literally hashtagging out to see if there gets to be enough traction.

Our next meeting is 15 November and the topic is Science and Art, presented by Briony Marshall.

January's topic will be on working in Antarctica (TBC). #Science

  4. Evergreen by @jenniferraff ... Adding this to syllabus for next semester. #science #scicomm #pubsci
