Diamond OA is equitable due to lack of fees, & often supports native languages & multilingualism, but it's less sustainable. @craftoa is working to promote Diamond Open Access journals (free to read & publish) - Arnaud Gingold of OPERAS/Aix-Marseille Universit describes their projects such as the discovery hub to find/collect (from publishers & indexes), ingest, check, & disseminate diamond OA journal content.

Criteria for diamond journals have been set (see image) & the portal is soon to have real-world testing & then be launched.
