@Lats As the proven first terrorist in U.S. presidential office, who sent a terrorist mob to the Capitol to coerce, intimidate, harm = terrorize not only members of Congress (even from his own political organization) & law enforcement officers, but also his own then-vice president, i.e. waging war against the United States, while the world was watching breathlessly, the United States DOJ & DHS could already have had him shut TF up to protect the people & their United States by putting him in preventive detention under NDAA 2012, as has been practiced before on terrorists.
