But *everything* in a *Social Democracy* is **Publicly owned** until it is bought or acquired by a private individual or a corporation. Hence, every private enterprise operates on the basis of an assumed social licence. That license can be revoked at any time.
Govt (public wealth) subsidies and bailouts ought to be offset by assets transfers to public ownership, anything else is weatlh transfers to the #Rich and #Wealthy of the #RentierClass exacerbating the #WealthEquity gap in society.
