Library people: Do the people who configure and maintain your public tech like PC's, printers, lendable laptops, etc, have any contact with your public? Do they help people upload resumes and help people use the printers and scanners? If not, how much trouble do you have getting the IT folks to configure and maintain public tech so people can use it with reasonable ease?
