A review of adverse events in psychotherapy #RCT -s:
https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.1080/10503307.2023.2286992#d1e405

In 81 RCTs (since 2007; 126 psychotherapy vs 61 control conditions) harmful effects were reported in 60% of the studies.

Based on these data, one can expect adverse events to affect 1/10 (serious adverse events 1/21) patients.
