I need to stop ignoring this. I need to learn how to properly maintain my 3d printer.
Recently the hotend got pushed out from under the heat sink and its making the nozzle leak out of the top. Honestly I don't really know how to fix this.

@jonathankoren Interesting! I use a 0.6mm CHT (high flow) nozzle on a #PrusaMINI with #PrusaSlicer and pretty much all seams are too *thick*, which makes tolerances ultra hard to get right. It feels like larger nozzles aren't yet tuned all that well in the slicers...
EDIT: scarf seams are also rather thick and ugly where they start and end.
Is there an option to tweak the seam "thickness" manually? 🤔 I didn't find any.

Looks like our #PrusaMINI killed itself. It does turn on but gets very hot and the USB flash drive is not recognized anymore. Didn't do anything fancy, just used #PrusaLink to start a print.
Ordered a replacement board, luckily <50€ 👍

@Seedoubleya Happens on a #PrusaMINI as well with shitty or wet filament. Very annoying indeed.

The #PrusaMini is outdated these days. It prints okay enough as long as you don't need effective cooling. But the inductive bed sensor is annoying to deal with and the printer overall has random issues every few months. #3DPrinting

Either I cleaned the bed with the wrong stuff or maybe I do need to keep the [enclosed] #PrusaMini after all. Absolutely terrible PETG warping on the #A1Mini. #3DPrinting

After some scissor snipping, soldering, hot gluing and contact adhesive… I’ve got my Tasmota LEDs stuck inside my new #PrusaMini enclosure. Lost a strip in the process but still plenty in there to light up prints. #3DPrinting

A few nights ago I started building the new #PrusaMini enclosure, to replace my DIY solution. It’s very solidly built and definitely got hacking it in mind. So many holes and zip tie hooks.

This arrived yesterday, my #PrusaMini enclosure kit. I have a self made enclosure which has served me well for a few years but the combined space of the 500mm panels and external carbon filter is… a lot. Hoping this reduces that down to much less and free up a bunch. #3DPrinting

Having massive problems with some 'edgy' models with #PrusaMINI input shaper firmware. Slicing with old style settings prints perfectly fine. Input shaper still has some flaws. Ultra thick extrusions, fine layer heights and especially curling edges are all things I have been struggling with.

Giving my #PrusaMini some love today. I’ve kinda ignored it since I got my Mk4 so today I printed a new z-brace (finally in matching black), some covers to stop filament getting stuck in the extrusions and spent some time getting it all levelled again. Then gave it a good clean and we are operational again! #Prusa #3dprinting
Edit: this week I also installed the WiFi module.
