    Another favorite dish I like to make is #vegan #cottage #pie.
    This one uses oyster #mushrooms , #leeks, purple #potatoes, #BrusselSprouts, #SweetPeppers, #carrots, #violife #smoked #provolone, #TraderJoes #meatless #GroundBeef, and some #LeftOver #MashedPotatoes
    A difference from previous versions is I put #cheese slices between the mince and potatoes which added so much flavor!

After a busy Monday, I took a day off work today and get some relax cooking a nice #lunch: grilled peppers stuffed with filling based on #anchovies, red onion, garlic, red wine, breadcrumbs, #provolone cheese and Italian parsley. Served with basmati rice and delicious 2020 #Mezzacorona #Marzemino #wine from #Trentino.
