So, it’s hard to delete only some messages in a thread in #Protonmail. What’s the trick if you want to delete only some messages, but not others ( say those with images to clear up some space)?

I got some of my team to switch to Proton so we could use Proton Drive to share documents.

Turns out it was a pain in the ass. To use Drive effectively, you need a Proton Mail account, and once you have that, it is easier to email files to each other.

It might have worked, but Proton Doc and Proton Drive support such a limited number of formats. One of which is not ODT, which is something they should support.

Question specifically for #protonmail users: Is it down, AGAIN, for you? It seems like the last few weeks, it's been down for a few hours each day.

[Please don't @ me that the proton CEO supports fascism. I know. I switched from Gmail over a year agoa and now have ~80% protonmail and 20% gmail still. And who do I switch to who won't go fascist with a change of CEO or ownership?]

I light of the recent @1password disscussion about their support for Omarchy and DHH by proxy, there has been some grumbling about whether @protonprivacy's CEO also leans Maga based on a Tweet that seemed to support the Republicans.

This breakdown (https://medium.com/@ovenplayer/does-proton-really-support-trump-a-deeper-analysis-and-surprising-findings-aed4fee4305e) is a great exploration of Proton's politics, and that of their CEO. I didn't even know Proton was a non-profit.

I got a notification on my phone that I have a new email in my Proton account, but it doesn't show up. When I tried to access Proton email on my desktop, nothing will load.

Ab 10x #lies flag sollte mal ein #admin sich den account anschauen. Oder eine Art voting Funktion?

I thought that Proton had one of the better public post-mortems that I've seen in some time.

The details regarding the rapid temperature rise within the data center are pretty frightening and the snap operational decisions made are of particular interest.
