Why would I refer to you as
#ProtestParasites or #ProtestProfiteers?Everyone at an action is working to further the goals of the organizers, whether that's about raising the profile of a specific issue or to take a stand against a specific entity, like a bank or government agency.
YOU, on the other hand, are there to siphon energy OUT of the action, to take something for yourself and turn it into profit for yourself.
➡️ You claim to be media, but your audience consists of shitlibs and fash, so that brings zero value to organizers. Your POS cameraspouse constantly disrupts actions seeking content. He harasses anyone he perceives as femmes non-stop for his own paraphilia.
➡️ Your output has ONLY ever been used to harass and diminish leftist goals.
➡️ At a recent action, someone told you that they have lost FORTY-FIVE MEMBERS OF THEIR FAMILY in Gaza, and your only response is to centre yourself and aim online harassment in her direction.
And if there is any question about why you have been identified as being highly problematic, here you are dining at a chain restaurant, whose owners built a location on top of a Muslim cemetery.

Earlier today (before I got distracted by more interesting things), I was going to snark further¹ that people should not donate to #ProtestProfiteers, but rather give money to the causes under attack.
But, perhaps I should reconsider.
Maybe people should donate to her so that, as she gets larger, she can stop wearing HIS clothes, and instead invest in her own wardrobe.

What I am loving about not being there is:
A) all my stalkers still see everything I want them to see;
B) they can't respond;
C) if I don't want them to see it, I change the privacy setting to followers only or direct message people;
D) other people are also reading it here as well, so any snarky ideas that SHOULD find their way to twitter, will.
Like, I'm waiting to see how long it takes for #ProtestProfiteers and #ProtestParasites to turn up on that platform.
