#Trump exploits this by calling his violations of his #ProtectiveOrder part of his 1st Amndt protected speech. It's NOT.
He DOESN'T have the right to threaten judges, prosecutors, witnesses, potential jurors or their families
The Judges are being specific, so when Trump clearly violates his #GagOrder, there'll be penalties. JAIL is 4th on the LIST of penalties, & I think he'll reach it before trial. -

He isn't supposed to take notes on identifying info. The defense is supposed to ensure he doesn't. But #Trump is cunning. He'll use nicknames that only HE will know!
Mike #Pence will be C for Coward. #MarkMeadows will be VW for Very Weak. The defense will pretend they can't crack the code.
I'd look for #TFG memorizing a name & posting the gist of witness testimony. -
