He isn't supposed to take notes on identifying info. The defense is supposed to ensure he doesn't. But #Trump is cunning. He'll use nicknames that only HE will know!
Mike #Pence will be C for Coward. #MarkMeadows will be VW for Very Weak. The defense will pretend they can't crack the code.
I'd look for #TFG memorizing a name & posting the gist of witness testimony. -
