Nun rückt die Stadtverwaltung von Athen von dem Plan ab. Wichtiger Teilerfolg für Genoss*innen in Griechenland: Die besetzte und selbstverwaltete Nachbarschaft Prosfygika in Athen befürchtet die Räumung im Rahmen eines Sanierungsplans. Doch sie ist gut organisiert und zäh. Ein langer Hungerstreik und europaweite Mobilisierung bis hin zum EU-Parlament folgten. Der FAU-Kongress erklärte sich mit Prosfygika solidarisch. Nun rückt die Stadtverwaltung von Athen von dem Plan ab. Des de Catalunya, 15 militants de La Saó, La Màquia, FAPC, COSHAC y Defend Kurdistan viatgem en solidaritat amb la lluita de Prosfygikà
#Prosfygikà és una comunitat de més de 400 persones de 27 nacionalitats, amb una gran diversitat ètnica, religiosa, ideològica i generacional. És un node central de les xarxes internacionals comunistes. El barri-comuna està format per 8 blocs construïts als anys 30.
Destinat originalment a allotjar persones refugiades, es convertí en un espai clau de resistencia roja a Atenea durant la guerra civil del país i des de fa 16 anys és una comunitat okupada autogestionada i un exemple paradigmàtic de barri alliberat.
La comuna de Prosfygikà no rep cap ajuda de l'estat i està composta per estructures: de salut, de dones, d'educació i cultura, logística, etc. També produeixin i distribueixen pa. Es basen en el suport mutu, la confiança i l'internacionalisme.
Des de fa 5 mesos, Prosfygikà està amenaçada de desallotjament per part de l'Estat grec. Les companyies Aristotelis Chantzis i Suzon Dopoagne, com a estratègia de resistencia, van començar una vaga de fam fins a la mort fa 140 dies i 55 dies, respectivament.
Ahir, dijous 25/06 van anunciar el final de la vaga, després que el govern de Grècia acceptes negociar i cobrir en gran part les demanades de la comunitat:
- Que s'aturi l'amenaça de desallotjament de les habitants de Prosfygikà
- Que la comunitat de Prosfygikà sigui reconeguda com a part activa de qualsevol negociació de remodelació urbana i de qualsevol reforma proposada que afecti a la comunitat, d'ara en endavant.Encara calen mans i tot el nostre suport, perquè el risc no ha cessat i la crida a la comunitat internacionalista segueix. La Saó, Defend Kurdistan, La Màquia, FAPC I la COSHAC sentim que el nostre deure és construir ponts per nodrir projectes com Prosfygikà.
