Im beruflichen Kontext kenne ich #Propofol als ein #Sedativum das eine erotisierende Nebenwirkung haben soll - was mich betrifft, kann ich das nicht bestätigen. Ich habe bei der #Endoskopie niemandem einen #Heiratsantrag gemacht und meine Träume drehten sich hauptsächlich ums rückwärts #Einparken und Fehler in der #Steuererklärung. Weiter entfernt von der erwarteten Nebenwirkung kann man nicht liegen. #Krankenhaus

On Thursday I'm having a #colonoscopy. I think it's my 6th or my 7th since I was 30. I'm at a very high risk for colon #cancer and my mom died of colon cancer when she was quite young so I've been getting colonoscopies since I was 30 and when I was 30 the doctor found polyps. In any event Thursday's colonoscopy is the second one I will have without any #anesthesia. Without any #propofol. And I can't wait. Colonoscopies without anesthesia should be the norm here in the US not the exception. -

Dankeschön! Ist nichts lebensbedrohliches (mehr), aber auch unschön genug, dass ich Euch die Details lieber erspare. Der heutige Eingriff hat schon einmal gut geklappt und das #Propofol hat wieder einen ausgezeichneten Dienst geleistet (bzw. natürlich das Team). Morgen folgt das Gleiche noch einmal.
