A new #residential #development in #Devizes in #Wiltshire is depressingly bare and void of life. Eg. the UK don't have state govts.
Could #localCouncils manage #townPlanning as a #federation.
StateGovt functions can likely be replaced by Committees of a greater number of national MPs.
State Govt have become corrupted, engaging in #rentSeeking and known to take #politicalDonations from #realEstate and #propertyDeveloper groups through #SuperPac's like the #PropertyCouncil.

To be honest this is conditioning people to accept living like people in China. Its not a good meme.#Gentrification is also capitalistic and fascistic as it is oft its highly #corporatist in nature. We can bet a dodgy multi-national #propertyDeveloper with ready access to desperate migrant labour at their disposal (and yes some would have died), made those #humanFilingCabinets.
