These state approved propaganda films are disguised as entertainment & are designed to brainwash citizens, over time.
It's really not that different than how the USA film industry creates a lot of state approved propaganda films that aid/abet nationalistic BS too.

China stimuleert patriottische opvoeding in Tibet met propagandafilms CCP
Nu Tibetaanse studenten dit voorjaar weer naar school gaan, worden ze blootgesteld aan propagandafilms over heldhaftige Chinese soldaten en verhalenwedstrijden waarin de grootsheid van de Communistische Partij wordt opgehemeld, volgens bronnen in Tibet en berichten in de staatsmedia. Studenten en leraren in heel Tibet wordt ook verteld om ‘bijgelovig’ denken los te laten in een poging om het Tibetaans boeddhisme te elimineren. De richtlijnen verbieden ook het dragen van religieuze symbolen of kleding in scholen.
De hernieuwde drang naar patriottisch onderwijs is het meest recente voorbeeld van de pogingen van Peking om de Tibetaanse cultuur uit te roeien en alle etnische groepen te assimileren in de Han-Chinese meerderheidscultuur. Volgens berichten in de staatsmedia is de campagne gericht op het bevorderen van ‘etnische eenheid’ en het cultiveren van het ‘rode gen’ bij Tibetaanse kinderen – een term die verwijst naar de revolutionaire geest en geschiedenis van de Communistische Partij. Ze bevatten beelden van leraren die propagandafilms aan kinderen laten zien. Volgens de twee bronnen moeten leraren diepgaande uitleg geven over de ‘Chinese nationale geest en warmte’ en leerlingen wegwijs maken in het socialistische systeem van China onder de noemer ‘Eerste les van het jaar’.
Propagandadoeleinden
Leraren moeten ook het begrip van studenten van de ‘vier bewustzijnspunten’ stimuleren en de ‘twee waarborgen’ bereiken – die beide verwijzen naar inspanningen om de Chinese samenleving te moderniseren en het handhaven van het partijbestuur met de Chinese president Xi Jinping als kern. ‘We zullen zeker zien dat onderwijs meer en meer wordt gebruikt voor propagandadoeleinden,’ zegt Harsh V. Pant, vicevoorzitter studies en buitenlands beleid bij de Observer Research Foundation in New Delhi en professor internationale betrekkingen aan het King’s College in Londen.
Vorige maand lanceerde het County Education Bureau van de Pelbar regio in Chamdo in de Tibetaanse Autonome Regio een online verhalenwedstrijd voor basisschool- en middelbare schoolkinderen om ‘rode verhalen’ te vertellen over de grootsheid van de partij. De wedstrijd heeft 44 video’s opgeleverd, waaraan meer dan 100 leerlingen en ouders hebben deelgenomen, aldus mededelingen op districtsniveau. Leerlingen uit de hele regio kregen ook video’s te zien over de recente hulpverlening in de provincie Dingri, waar in januari een aardbeving plaatsvond waarbij minstens 126 mensen om het leven kwamen. Functionarissen in de video zeiden dat het werk ‘ideologisch en politiek onderwijs nauw heeft gecombineerd met levendige voorbeelden’ van hulpverlening tijdens de aardbeving.
