The promontory bit into the sea, a lone tooth with a deep root, unbrushed and coated with life. The sky screamed with gulls, as the wind grabbed and nearly flung them off the stony edge in a catch of breath. Briefly the fear took them, and then a temptation to jump before they tumbled onto the grass giggled with laughter. So close, so close. They fell into eyes bright with sun, and opened like flowers in the grass
