second day of #sertraline.
couldnt sleep all night yesterday. Not sure if it's related.
Today I've not been doing badly emotionally really, but I've been having a constant anxiety attack and very little executive function. Not sure if it's related but SOMETHING is weird. I feel shakier and more jittery than usual. I'm also cold.
Took a #promethazine a few minutes ago to try and curb the #anxiety
