The owning class don't want to provide for the unwanted children that abortion and contraceptive bans will create.
They want those children working on farms and in factories, and, when they're old enough, going either into private-run prisons making products for pennies per hour, or, to recruitment offices to sign up to go overseas to kill innocent people in wars for the land and resources the ultra rich love to hoard.
