Создание простой CRM на Next.js и Prisma для B2B

Мой опыт работы в продажах в различных компаниях многому меня научил. Одним из ключевых инструментов, без которого невозможен эффективный процесс продаж, является CRM-система. Для руководителей и менеджеров по продажам она должна решать множество задач и отвечать на целый ряд вопросов. Но об этом чуть позже. На рынке представлено не так много распространённых CRM-систем для управления продажами, и в большинстве компаний мне приходилось работать именно с ними. В некоторых случаях я сталкивался с кастомными решениями, которые значительно упрощали жизнь пользователю благодаря удобному интерфейсу и гибкости. Поэтому на собеседованиях я часто задавал вопрос о CRM-системе компании. Разочарование наступало, когда выяснялось, что в компании используют "шаблонные" решения, которые не всегда соответствовали требованиям пользователей. Ещё до того, как я начал заниматься разработкой, мне пришла идея поучаствовать в создании собственной CRM-системы и глубже погрузиться в процесс её разработки. Спустя несколько лет я начал заниматься веб-разработкой, и в какой-то момент понял, что даже небольшому бизнесу, где я работал, нужна CRM. Я пробовал использовать таблицы в Google Docs, тестировал триальные версии популярных CRM, но они были перегружены ненужной информацией и казались неудобными. Так что я решил создать что-то простое, что будет удобно мне и, возможно, другим. В своей CRM я использую Next.js . Эта система не претендует на то, чтобы обслуживать тысячи пользователей, но она точно может решить задачи 1-2 небольших отделов продаж. У меня есть репозиторий на GitHub, и если кому-то это решение покажется интересным, его можно взять и доработать под свои задачи. В этой статье я постараюсь кратко описать текущий функционал, с какими трудностями я столкнулся и что удалось внедрить в качестве новых гипотез.

I realized I haven’t posted the finished result of my #Lego showcase cabinet I built. Of course I had to install some LEDs (with esp32 running WLED). For easy arrangement I made the front detachable with dowels and magnets to stay in place. #woodworking #ProjectShowcase #maker

Another really short #ProjectShowcase. I needed a small cabinet and a place to place my Lego (brick) sets, so they don‘t get too dusty. So I made up a little something and build it. I made my own edge banding from some oak I had. #woodworking #maker #diy

And now the finale of this #ProjectShowcase ! After sanding the epoxy resin for an eternity (up to 2000 grit), finishing the surface with Rubio monocoat and assembling the legs, the epoxy river coffee table found it‘s place in our living room. 😎 #woodworking #diy #maker

After that it was time for sanding and the small details, that give a piece the last finesse. Chamfers on the top and bottom edge for a more sleek look. Oh and did I mention sanding? And more sanding? #ProjectShowcase #woodworking #maker #diy

Next on the agenda where the table legs. I didn‘t want to buy some pre-made steel legs or make just plain 4 wooden stumps. So I looked at some designs and got inspired to go with these „X“ or „hour glass“ legs. After calculating some angles I started cutting and assembling. I reinforced the joint with biscuits. After that I had to correct the height a little bit (handplane for the win 😎), so both legs were equal in height. #ProjectShowcase #woodworking #maker #diy

Next phase of the build was demoulding and here it didn‘t quite went as planned. Some of the epoxy stuck pretty good to the underside of the mould (even though I used a mild release). So I had to put in some more work. First with a chisel and hammer, but it got tedious, so I busted out the router jig from before. Now for some controversy. We wanted an epoxy river table. So I took a second piece of oak and arranged it in a way I liked it. After that I started pouring the epoxy resin. I did it in 2-3cm layers as to not let the epoxy overheat and crack. #ProjectShowcase #woodworking #maker Part 2/x

No arcade cabinet would be complete without a marquee. So I went ahead and used some neopixel led strips and some thin plywood to make my own lights for it. I made the decision to build a little vent on the top of the cabinet, just so that the raspberrypi in there won‘t get to hot. 😄 Then it was time to mount all the buttons and joysticks and connect the wires to the usb module. After painting I fitted the orange t-molding to the side panels. On the inside I used a pc monitor which is press fitted to the bezeled frame of the arcade cabinet.
