Aaaaaand another month done! This one just took the record off of last month’s 881 kilometers and raised it to 892 kilometers – wow! The last two days, I was #Running extremely slow (5:40 and 5:52 paces), but the exhaustion from my runs and the additional workouts for my #Project50 (trying to get rid of these nasty *love handles* on my hips from losing ~25-30 kgs 14 years ago) were getting to my stamina. So, no alarm this morning, and – lo and behold! – a nice run! #applewatchultra2
