@debacle I might also set up a new org-mode file for that habits approach. About keywords, you can make any you like. For example, in one file I have this sequence to-do line in an out-of-the-way place:

Today, invested time in simplifying my #ToDo lists, #ProjectTracking, and #tagging system in #Tana.

I’d made a familiar mistake: making systems like these more complicated because I could — not because I needed the complexity.

Very happy with the (simple, straightforward) results.
