They held the line, working for America without pay for months. They kept us safe while eating from food banks and having their union gutted by Kristi Noem. They wrote weekly emails to Elon Musk and Big Balls justifying their jobs. Nobody got a $10k bonus - they just got fired.
Trump, MAGA, and Russell Vought’s Project 2025 have terrorized, demoralized, and bankrupted Civil Servants who made America work for everyday people. Trump is dismantling the framework of our country so he can cut taxes for billionaires, fund a reckless and useless war, and put money in his pocket. He couldn’t care less about working people.
Privatizing TSA does more than throw dedicated and trained patriots on the street. It jeopardizes national security by emphasizing profits over security, dividing loyalties, and creating a vulnerable patchwork of aviation safety. Trump doesn’t care. The private companies taking over are probably paying kickbacks to him and his children.
Trump and MAGA devastated working Americans whether they’re farmers, teachers, nurses, small business owners, or Civil Servants. I knew this would happen - it’s all in the fascist manifesto Project 2025. Nobody around me listened until it was too late.

I find it kind of frustrating that nearly all of the reporting on the #TrumpTariffs seems to overlook a major point: the justifications that Trump’s team uses for imposing them.
Tariffs are the end-goal or Trump. Always has been. He told us all this during the election; it was right there in #Project2025. ‘Tariff” was the most beautiful word in the dictionary, remember? Anyone?
So, when he says now that the new tariff against Canada is because we ‘discriminte’ against US products, it’s simply a disingenuous ex post facto attempt to justify their actions, but the goal remains the same. Tariffs.
The first round of tariffs were shut down by SCOTUS, so they found another obscure law to justify a new round, but it came with a time limit. Now, they’ve dug up some other obscure law [1] to justify the new round, and the key element of the new law is ‘discriminate’, so by their twisted logic Canada is ‘discriminating’ against US products by retaliating against the US’ previous hostile trade acts.
It’s all so facile.
[1]: Section 338of the 1930 Tariff Act, which allows the President to impose a duty of up to 50% on a country’s goods to “offset commercial disadvantages” if it factually finds that said country “discriminates” against U.S. commerce.*

If it wasn’t this, it’d be something else.
