My new eyeglasses are not working out for me. I’m getting replacements in about two weeks. In the meantime, writing and reading are not easy. It’s extra tricky at night. That’s a problem. #myopia #ProgressiveLenses #Vision #Disability

I got new glasses. My distance vision is much better. My close vision is still adjusting. Yesterday, I couldn’t read anything, but today, I was able to do a public reading. I hope my eyes completely adapt soon. I can’t read fine print yet. #EyeGlasses #Nearsighted #ProgressiveLenses

I was glad to receive a notice from my optometrist that my 2 years are up for getting another eye exam. I've noticed a significant change in my vision since getting #COVID in the summer. It may or may not be a coincidence. I may be at the point of needing #ProgressiveLenses. Up to now, it's been driving glasses that I keep in the car and reading glasses for any close work.

I purchased a pair of previously expensive + stylish Bevel eyeglass frames on eBay for $20. These have been sent off for progressive lenses and will probably arrive today or tomorrow.

I'm a longtime glasses wearer with lots of vision issues. I've never worn progressives before and I'm told they take some getting used to.

Any tips for a first time progressive lenses wearer from the experienced out there?
